Aisha sees Emily walking towards her hurriedly as she enters her court. Emily looks pissed as she gets closer to Aisha
EMILY
What are you doing my lady?
AISHA
I should be asking you that question, what are you doing? I asked you to host the mistresses in my place
EMILY
You can’t expect me to host some stupid mistresses when there is fire on the mountain
AISHA
Fire on the mountain?

What are you thinking bringing that girl into your court?

Ladies, bring the girl out
Rahella, Mina and Karina lift the girl from the bed and tries to make her walk. The sleeping girl slowly wakes up
AISHA

HALIMA

Aisha starts to panic

Emily sees Aisha panicking and she rolls her eyes. Then she signals to Kuami with her head, Kuami nods and leaves hurriedly.
The servants ignore Aisha’s cries and moves to leave the room when Emily blocks their way and slaps Mina hard on the face. Mina looks dumbfounded as she was not expecting the slap.
RAHELLA
How dare you Emily?
EMILY
I should ask you that question, how dare you come into my court? (in a very loud angry voice) I don’t go into your court, so how dare you come into mine and act with such insolent behavior. She asked you to leave the girl, are you deaf?
Emily suddenly receives a hot slap on the face from a boiling Halima
HALIMA
How dare talk to my ladies that way? Leave their way this instant
Emily touches her discolored face and looks at Halima with a smug look on her face
EMILY
Too bad I can’t do that because I don’t take orders from you
AISHA
Get out of my court Halima
HALIMA
Do whatever you have to do to get that girl out of this place ladies
Aisha’s servants all troop in with an angry look on their faces.
KUAMI
Well they can try but they will have to go through us first
AISHA
Until when are you going to keep acting with no dignity?
HALIMA
If you don’t let me take this girl, you will have to deal with the Khan
AISHA
You should have told me that the Khan asked to see me when you came in
HALIMA
So now you have no fear for the Khan anymore right or do you think because you gave him a son, you think he won’t do anything to you
AISHA

HALIMA

Mina and the other still tries to move with the girl, Aisha’s servant all move on them ready for a fight. Emily stares Halima down
AISHA
A good leader should know when to stop, this is not a fight you can win Halima
HALIMA
Drop the girl ladies
They dropped the girl and they follow Halima out. Aisha’s servants all laugh with happiness. Aisha breathes in relief
EMILY
Ladies you should leave
The ladies all leave except for Toba and Kuami who helps the girl back on the bed. Aisha smiles to Emily
AISHA
Thank you
Emily looks unhappy
EMILY
Don’t thank me, I still want you to return the girl, she is not worth the trouble
AISHA
Then why were you against Halima taking her
EMILY
Letting Halima take her is an insult to you
AISHA
I am going to see the Khan, you should come with me
EMILY
You took another man’s wife, what excuse are you going to give the Khan?
