INT. A CONFERENCE ROOM- MORNING
Aisha stands in the front of about twenty suited men who sits round a long table with her father at the helm of the table.
Aisha looks back and forth from the projected slide to the board members
1st MAN
I can see that apart from constructing portable road for them, you also agreed to employ the villagers to work at the factory when it starts functioning
AISHA
Yes
1st MAN
Don’t you think it is reckless, I mean a new factory needs professionals for its start up
AISHA
Actually we are only employing the factory workers from the village, the managerial staffs will be professionals from the company
2nd MAN
Still reckless
AISHA
My team and I saw that the cost of bringing professionals to work at the new factory will be far more higher than the cost of training the villagers to be professionals and in fact the employment of the villagers is the incentive that made the villagers finally agreed to letting us have their land for free
3rd MAN
The revenue put into these project is more than the cost for the land if we were actually buying it
AISHA
The revenue we put into this project will be recovered in five years after the factory starts to work and building this factory on this land will bring more profit to the company. It will make the services rendered to our customers more effective and efficient .... any more questions

Aisha sits on a couch and she sighs as she listens to her children fight over the phone
