INT. THE KING MANOR- NIGHT

Imade enters her closet and flinches her bag to the floor as removes her shoes from the leg. She stands in the middle of the closet staring into the space. She jumps when a hand crawls rounds her waist. She looks back to attack only to see her husband

IMADE

(In a loud scared voice) What the fuck!

WEMIMO

(Chuckles) I am sorry

Then he notices the tears from her eyes and move closer to her

She moves back

She closes the gap between them and kisses him. She places her hands over his shoulder as he wraps his round her waits as they deepen the kiss. The moment stretches, heavy with unspoken need. Wemimo rests his forehead against hers, breathing her in.

Wemimo turns Imade into his arms. After a beat, he leans in and whispers to her, still catching his breath.

Imade King, you are before this Honourable Court charged with the offence of murder, contrary to Section 316 and punishable under Section 319 of the Criminal Code Act, Cap C38, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004, in that you caused the death of Micheal Omoloja. How do you plead?
