I opened a Pandora’s box
(Rere gets out of her car and walks towards Pam who is standing on the road)
Pam: (upset) whatever it is that you called me out for in the middle of the night better be good. (Rere brings out a recorder when she gets to Pam and they listen) oh my God, he confessed (looking shocked)
Rere: yes he did
Pam: you are doing this, you are really going to destroy his father.
Rere: nemesis is just catching up to Ehosa
Pam: is this worth losing Alex for?
Rere: you know what? (Raises her voice) I am tired of hearing people asking me if this is worth losing Alex for because it is not worth it, I know that but I opened a Pandora’s box and I have to close it. I have to finish what I started
Pam: no matter the consequences
Rere: yes (calmly) no matter the consequences
Pam: alright I am going to use this (collects the recorder from Rere)
Rere: thank you (Pam turns and leaves, Rere turns to leaves too when her phone rings) hello Roti
Roti: what is it I am hearing?
Rere: Roti, how on earth do you want me to know what you are hearing?
Roti: the Senate President is bringing the senate back for an emergency session, you don’t happen to know anything about
Rere: let say I got something on Ehosa
Roti: if you got something on Ehosa, you should take it to Alex and not the senate fucking President
Rere: I can’t wait for Alex built his impossible case when he already know that there is a witness to the murder. Ehosa will kill me if I don’t do anything
Roti: I told you nemesis was going to catch up to him, you should have stayed put. I had a plan and you just made it useless
Rere: (looking confuse) what are you talking about Roti
Roti: you are on your own Rere (he drops his call)
